About Us

Heritage Commercial Group was formed in 2000 to serve as the commercial property development arm of its parent company, Heritage Building Group, Inc.  Over the past decade the company has grown from two small office buildings and a few vacant, unentitled parcels into a real estate organization with over 30 office, retail and day care buildings.  The Commercial Group oversees all aspects of the company’s commercial operations, including acquisitions, approvals, leasing/sales, financing, design, construction and management. 

The Commercial Group focuses on suburban office, retail and mixed-use properties in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.  It has financed and constructed 15 projects with a value of over $100 million and has more than 600,000 square feet in its development pipeline.  It has successfully negotiated leases with major national tenants including Walgreens, Wachovia, Bertucci’s, J. Walter Thompson, NV Homes, USDA, and Kiddie Academy, and it recently completed a new, state-of-the-art radiation oncology treatment facility for Fox Chase Cancer Center.
